WANT MORE WAYS TO SAVE?

Try these energy-saving tips.

Unplug electronics and chargers you aren’t using. They drain electricity even when they’re off or “sleeping.”

Set your fans to turn clockwise in winter and counterclockwise in summer.

In winter, use them to recirculate warm air that has risen to the ceiling.

Switch to a heat pump water heater.

ENERGY STAR® heat pump water heaters can save you about $350 a year on electric bills.**

Wash clothes in cold water.

This can save the average household more than $40 annually.**
