RAM mainly stands for Random Access Memory which is also called system memory. It is a form of temporary computer storage that mainly allows you to receive stored data and read it almost instantly. Moreover, it helps in enabling the processor to access the data in a faster way compared to other accessing data on the storage devices like SSD or HDD.
