Team photo of a newly formed Wednesday evening mountain biking crew with Leslie Ruble, Brian Cooper, Tarek Radwan and Christian Gilby. This one was up on the John Nicholas Trail in the Los Gatos mountains. It actually started as a meeting Tarek and I needed to do but we decided to do it as a "moving meeting" and chat while biking near Almaden. Enjoyed the vibe so much we opened it up to a wider crew last week and while it was all good fun, it's actually a very cool way to talk "business" as well. Some times the change in scenery (and what you're sitting on) can positively inﬂuence the whole feel of discussion.

On the theme of biking, and on more of a personal celebration tone…

I am certainly lauding my 4 year old’s newfound ability to ride his bike sans training wheels. He’s been so good at it we’ve been hitting actual trails with hard climbs and tricky bumps and such. I've been eagerly awaiting the day I have a biking buddy that I literally created in the mold of myself. So here we go!
