LIST OF CONTENTS

YEAR 1 - REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND NETZERO ENERGY.

YEAR 2- REGENERATIVE DESIGN- UNDERSTANDING PLACE, THE EXCHANGES THAT GO AROUND IT AND ADDING VALUE TO THE PLACE

URGENT HAVEN

URGENT CARE AND RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

A strategic response to key challenges faced in Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs, including limited healthcare access, high youth unemployment, mental health concerns, and a lack of community infrastructure. By introducing three key spaces—an urgent care clinic, low-cost residential housing for NHS staff, and a community area—the proposal aims to address these interconnected issues through thoughtful spatial interventions. The result is a model that not only improves access to essential services but also strengthens social ties and promotes local wellbeing.

1.Establishing an Urgent Care Clinic.

2.Low-cost NHS housing

3.A dedicated Community Area

4.The proposal supports sustainability -low-energy solutions.
