Shane Windmeyer

Shane Windmeyer, a nationally respected DEI strategist and author who has spent decades helping institutions rethink how they lead, listen, and build cultures that last. He is a best-selling author, LGBTQ+ campus pioneer, and civil rights champion with over two decades of experience leading and advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion in higher education.
