Clear Red Angus welcomes you to the Generation L bull sale. First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to look through our catalog. We started in the cattle business 15 years ago running commercial cattle. We have always believed that the cattle should earn their keep and the purebreds are no different. We bought our first bull from Boyd in 2012 after helping prep the bulls for the sale for many years. After touring the cow herd, I set a goal to build a herd of cows like the ones I saw that day. As we continue to build a better commercial herd each year, we are privileged and honored to be carrying on Boyd’s genetics on the purebred side of our operation.

The bulls are developed with longevity in mind. Fed whole brown oats, long hay, and a bull developer pellet. I purchased 19G aka Leon from Leon Roy at Moose Jaw to use on heifers. He has done an excellent job in that field as well as on cows in the last two years. With the 4W cow at JJL as maternal Grand Dam and his Dam 38Y, who is as good a cow as you will find, we expected some performance as well. He delivers that in spades. “Haggard” A dark red stud from Russ Coward, my pick from a very strong Mama Tried sire group in his sale last spring. His first calf crop looks exceptional. The cows exposed to him calved in 33 days this spring. Terms and Conditions

TERMS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at Swift Current, SK. The right of property shall not pass until settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released.

BIDS - Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder A floor price will apply to each animal consigned.

DISPUTES - In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.

PURCHASER’S RISK - Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the Auction Stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY - A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after settlement is made.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE - Line’s Red Angus have done everything possible to assure you, the buyer, that every bull in this sale will be a breeder. A certified veterinarian will have semen tested and physically evaluated every bull. In the unlikely event of a dispute, regular terms & conditions standard with the Canadian Angus Association shall apply.

ACCIDENTS - Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sales manager, auctioneer nor any owner assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property.

LIABILITY - Purchasers must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
