Welcome to the Select Genetics Bull Sale for 2026, a fantastic winter in terms of weather, filled dugouts or close to it in February and this cattle market just gets better everyday. As to be expected the consignors have brought their game ahead another notch when it comes to their bull pen and the quality. A proud, diligent group of seed stock producers that are offering genetics that you know can handle what mother nature throws at us year in and out. That serves a tremendous benefit to when those genetics are passed down to your replacement heifers through the years. The goals have not changed over the years in terms of producing high quality bulls for you the customers. Calving ease is expected regardless or birth weight in the right application, we all know extra length of body will add those pounds without changing the shape of the animal. Performance, hair, disposition and feet all crowd the list for must have in the herd.
Note the new sale day and time this year. Sunday, March 22nd, 4pm, in effort to accompany the busy March weekends that happen year in and out. We hope that you find this beneficial to you! As always you're welcome to stop by the respective breeders places to check out the offering ahead of time, or the bulls will be on display on Saturday. If you're unable to attend your always welcome to contact any of the consignors or sales staff and they can assist you with your sight unseen purchase. As well DLMS will broadcast the sale and videos will be online in early March.

157H DAM OF 10N

LOT 1 / LOT 2 / LOT 3 These three bulls were all part of our Medicine Hat Pen show team. They exemplify what Player does for us. With great muscle and character. These guys are big crested and masculine. But the most important part they are back by two very strong maternal cow families. These cows are the kind that last for years. With super solid udder structure and a real maternal look. Use any of these too add maternal strength to your program without sacrificing performance.

LOT 4 / LOT 5 / LOT 6 We bought into this cow family for there maternal longevity and awesome udder structure. The maternal grandma was 16 years of age when she sold in McNabs Dispersal. She still fetched a whopping $10,000. This cow family we are very excited to build on but unfortunately keep getting bulls. So the opportunity is yours to take advantage of.
479H DAM OF 9N

You’re blind if you don’t find this guy. He is all man with just great hip structure. Strong topped and better yet will work in your heifer pen. He is moderate in frame but he is also very fault free.

True heifer bull deluxes as they came low birth and early gestation. These boys grew like weeds, pounding down the scale in the fall, while continuing their growth and weight gain all through winter. We used Converse because of seeing his mother in the spring of 2025. They will calve easy, grow and still leave a great set of daughters to move into your program. All these guys are three quarter brothers. With 3N grandma being the mother to 17N.

Born light and has grown like crazy since. 6N is a unique pedigree option with a nice low birth weight. He is all man and hard
miss with such a massive rear quarter.

A long spined dude out of a cow that just quietly makes money year in and year out. Maternal brother sold last year to Pipke Farms and another brother to Colton Knutson.

Longevity is built in here as this guys grandmother worked here till 16 years of age. He is a long, smooth, and great headed individual. He will work very well on your heifers.

This guy is all man with a big old crest and a ton of hair. He just draws your attention and comes from a very good cow that was so soggy and solid footed. Make steers like this and you will be noticed in the auction mart
Big growth rascal here. Tons of hair and style. This guy make ya them top pay weight steers. His dam 4D is still here working at 10 and she puts one in the pen every year. This guy is a stamp of what she does every single year. 24 is already pushing down the scale at over 1400lbs in February.
Full brother to our lot 1 bull in 2025 who sold to Steinley Farms. He looks so amazing growing and filling out as a two year old. This guy is one of the absolute heavy weights again. He is huge topped, thick tailed, with a big old muzzle. You want to add lbs this guy will do that. His dam is a big soggy meat wagon, that never misses.
His dam is the daughter of lot 1’s dam. This guy is an absolute truck of a bull. He is massive pinned with hair, and a great skull. He has great testicular development. His maternal sister calved this spring with a absolute mouth dropping udder.

His Dam is maternal sister to the Lot 2 Bull. This guy is long and smooth and comes from the best cow family here. Solid and predictable genetics.

This guy is massive middle and great haired. He is the third bull calf in a row 110 has produced. Both brothers selling to Patzer Ranch. His grandam also produced two herd bulls one going to Monette Farms and the other to Triple H Angus.

24A | GRAND DAM OF 12N

Shaggy Shaggy boy. Just what every buyer wants to see in your calves. This guy is out of a big topped power guy. Look at his age being one of the youngest in the sale. While he is still holding his own right in there with the rest. Really long dark made boy!

Owned with Wood Coulee. This guy will be a calving ease Specialist. With his Grand Dam being the top Red Angus cow here still working at 15. His dam has a great tidy little udder and looks to be following in her dams foot steps.

Owned with Wood Coulee. This guy would work either on heifers or cows. He is square made with an awesome top and great tail head set. His foot structure looks great. Which is no surprise with his dam being a Hardy. Hardy improves feet so extremely well. Eye appealing real docile dude here. Maternal brother sold last year to Shamrock Grazing.
