Project Description : Located near the iconic Charminar, this project entails the transformation of an old, one-storey building adorned with Islamic architectural elements. The building features individual ground floor pearl jewelry showrooms, each connected with a mezzanine floor for storage, and a historical first floor that was once utilized for residential purposes. The common entrance at the rear facade further connects the distinct spaces of the building.

The proposed design is a comprehensive initiative tailored for the pearl industry and its artisan community. The project allocates dedicated space for pearl jewelry artisans in well-equipped ateliers. These ateliers are furnished with advanced technology machinery and specialized jewelry-making equipment. The workstations are designed with adjustable tables, ensuring optimal comfort and convenience, accommodating diverse working preferences and promoting an efficient and adaptable workflow. This approach aims to create a conducive environment for artisans, offering permanent employment opportunities.
