The goal of the foundation studio 'Understanding the City' at CEPT University's Masters of Urban Design program is to examine the city through the prism of a precinct (1 sq.km study area).This portfolio is the result of my
exploration into Ahmedabad's urban fringes to gain a comprehensive grasp of the city's urban sprawl,
people' decisions and trade-offs for livelihood.
