A multi-level and energized indoor cycle ride performed to music.
An energy packed cycle class with segments of high intensity interval training off the bike. LAND CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
This high energy freestyle interval class consisting of kickboxing combinations will strengthen your upper and lower body while getting a great cardio workout.
Get Cut by using bar and plates in this strength training class. This program is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance.
Get ready to sweat! This workout will feel more like a party than a workout. Torch some calories in this fun, heart pumping class.
Build strength, power and endurance with kettlebells! Every class will begin with base moves and progress to additional power exercises. Great for all levels.
High Intensity Training for all levels. The class will push all participants, offering challenging intervals of strength and cardio with intervals of recovery.
Knock It Out
Challenge your fitness level and mental toughness with the ultimate boxing-based workout. This class includes many aspects of boxing training such as plyometrics, strength training, agility drills, kickboxing, intervals and mitt training.
Oula.One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This 55-minute session is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.
OULA-Power is a 45 minute conditioning class that begins with an empowering warm up, followed some high energy cardio tracks to get the heart pumping, and then transitions into a series of conditioning tracks that focus on strengthening and toning using just our own body weight. This class features moves from HIIT formats, pilates, yoga and dance conditioning classes, and is equally challenging and rewarding.
Challenging different energy systems is key to burning calories efficiently. You will build strength and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Silver&Fit Excel is for very active older adults who regularly exercise, three or more days per week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance.
STREET VYBE® is an authentic and innovative dance fitness experience which combines cutting-edge choreography with a wide range of music, from hip hop to house, top 40 to underground. It delivers a complete cardio workout that is intense, addictive and above all else fun!
This class uses all methods of strength training to effectively build muscle and gain strength.
This one-hour team session is for intermediate to advanced participants that combines cardiovascular fitness activities with endurance work.

This mind/body class will strengthen your core muscles and improve flexibility.
Join us for a class that incorporates steady dynamic flow of connected yoga asanas linked with breath work.
Focus is on yoga postures and breathing that will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax the entire body.
Yoga for Men
This class is for men who may need props or modifications during their yoga practice. Concentration will be on the shoulders, hamstrings, and lower back.
Class Cancellation Policy: Class will be cancelled if less than 3 members are in the studio after 10 minutes of the start time.
