BHAYANGKARA
Project : Residential (3 floors)
Location : Medan, Indonesia
With a minimalist theme, the exterior appearance features simple rectangular shapes with horizontal and vertical line patterns that provide a consistent rhythm. The exterior design of this project uses wood and marble materials with neutral and monochromatic colors, creating a calm and cohesive look without diminishing aesthetic value.
The use of large window openings provides natural light and ventilation, as well as a spacious feel to the rooms. Spotlights are also an important element in the exterior design aesthetics to highlight the modern look of the house.
GRENADINE
Project : Residential (3 floors)
Location : Medan, Indonesia
The application of a modern minimalist theme in this house is marked by the presence of a terrace serving as a carport that can accommodate two cars, and spacious balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. With this ample open space, a minimalist design for the canopy is required, featuring a very wide cantilever structure. To add a slightly luxurious touch, marble material in neutral colors is used, along with carefully arranged lighting on the building's exterior.

PENANG HOUSE HALL
Project : Residential
Location : Penang, Malaysia
This luxury modern living room aims to creating a space that is both inviting and impressive. High-quality materials like marble and hardwood are combined with a neutral color palette of whites, browns, and beiges, complemented by gold metallic accents. Elegant lighting solutions, such as chandeliers, pendant lights, and hidden lighting, create a warm ambiance.
Greenery and fresh flowers bring a touch of nature into the room. Custom built-ins provide functionality and style, keeping the space clutter-free.
The ambiance in the kitchen area is more minimalist compared to the living room area but still maintains a harmonious look. This kitchen set uses marble, HPL (High-Pressure Laminate), and textured paint in neutral colors. Large windows are provided for natural lighting and ventilation in this area.
This dirty kitchen area features a minimalist and luxurious blend of white and beige, with touches of gold accents. This concept is commonly used in several projects I handle. Although it serves as a dirty kitchen, the design still appears clean and fresh.
BEDROOM
Project : Greenpark
Location : Medan, Indonesia
This bedroom is designed in a modern style with symmetrical lines, shapes, and a neutral color palette. The walls use panels and wallpaper. The room layout is simple but feels luxurious due to the addition of gold metal accents on the furniture and marble on the TV backdrop.
The walk-in closet area has a luxurious theme that matches the bedroom. The closet doors are made of full glass with gold trim, and hidden lights in each section add a touch of luxury.
This is a child's bedroom with a Snow White theme. To highlight the theme, silhouettes of Snow White, the dwarfs, and their house are featured on some walls using panel material and gold list. The colors used are pastel pink and cream to create a fresh and girly atmosphere, with hidden lights in each shelf and spotlights where needed.
GAMING ROOM

This gaming room has an Iron Man theme. The room features Iron Man-inspired decor, including wall art and collectibles. The color scheme is dominated by red and gold, reflecting Iron Man's suit.
