This SMP Confirmation Statement (Statement) is effective from 1st November 2016.

For the purposes of Section L8.16 of the Distribution Code the: a.

Aggregate SMP Daily Limit is fifty two (52);

Applicable SMP Daily Limit is, in the case of a Supply Meter Point Confirmation in relation to a Supply Meter Point at which the Supply Meter Point Premises comprise:

SMP Validation Time is 12:00.

This Statement shall remain in effect until such time as Evolve Network Limited revises this Statement with the written consent of the Authority in accordance with Section L8.18 of the Distribution Network Code.
