1. District Development Plan

District Development Plan

The Utility Regulator has reviewed our business plan and has now published the final determination which sets our priorities and revenues, for the period to the end of December 2022. We are also obliged by Licence Condition 3.2.9 to publish our District Development Plan.

Our Licence states in sections 3.2.9 3.2.9 Publication a. b.

The Licensee shall publish each of the following documents on its website and, in addition, using such other methods as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require: the District Development Plan and any revisions thereto.

Publication as required by Condition 3.2.9(a) shall be effected by the Licensee as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event not more than: i 6 months after the date of the Grant of the Licence in the case of the District Development Plan; and ii 1 month after the date of the making thereof in the case of any revisions.

The District Development Plan as given in Annex 2 to Part 3 of our Licence is shown in table 1 below:-
