5 Information Sharing Agreement

4.3 The Operator shall publish a "Shrinkage Factor" for the System for each Gas Year in September in the Preceding Year and the Shrinkage Factor will be used to determine the Shrinkage attributable to gas flows in the System on each Gas Flow Day in that Gas Year.

4.4 A "Users Daily Shrinkage Nomination Quantity" shall be calculated as:

User’s Offtake Nomination * ShF

where:

“User’s Offtake Nominations” is the sum of the User's DM Offtake Nominations and NDM Offtake Nominations for the relevant Gas Flow Day at each Demand Forecast Time and each Demand Forecast Update; and

ShF is the Shrinkage Factor for the Gas Year in which such Gas Flow Day falls.

4.5 Shrinkage shall be recovered from Users by including the User’s Daily Shrinkage Nomination Quantity in the determination of each User's Transmission Delivery Nomination Required (in accordance with Section C).

4.6 After the Gas Flow Day, in respect of each Gas Flow Day the “Daily Shrinkage Quantity” for the System shall be determined as:

Daily Shrinkage Quantity = SDQD – {SDQD / (1 + ShF)}

where:

SDQD is the System Daily Quantity Delivered determined under paragraph 1.2(k); and

ShF is the Shrinkage Factor for the Gas Year in which such Gas Flow Day falls determined in accordance with paragraph 4.3.

4.7 In respect of each Gas Flow Day and each User, a “Users Daily Shrinkage Quantity” or “UDSQ” shall be determined as:

UDSQ = Daily Shrinkage Quantity x (UDSO / SDQD)

where:

SDQD is the System Daily Quantity Delivered determined under paragraph 1.2 (k); and

UDQO is the User’s Daily Quantity Output determined under paragraph 2.1;

and accordingly the User’s UDSQ may be subject to revision between D+1 and M+6 in accordance with paragraphs 2.3 and/or 3.5.

5 Information Sharing Agreement

5.1 After the Gas Flow Day, the Operator shall determine each User’s “DN Exit Allocation” as follows:

DN Exit Allocation = DM Daily Quantity + NDM Daily Quantity + UDSQ

5.2 Pursuant to the Information Sharing Agreement , the Operator shall provide the following (collectively the “Allocations Information”) for each User to the Transporter:

(a) NDM Daily Quantity;

(b) DM Daily Quantity;

(c) UDQO;

(d) UDSQ;

(e) DN Exit Allocation;

(f) BDQD; and

(g) TDQD;

and each item of Allocations Information in respect of a Gas Flow Day shall be referred to as provisional at D+1 and final at M+6 (following any adjustments made under paragraph 2.3 and/or 3.5).

5.3 The Operator shall provide to the Transporter for each User:

(a) provisional Allocations Information by 16:00 on D+1; and

(b) final Allocations Information by 16:00 on M+6.
