CEO Report Progress report: The Lodge – The roof covering is 100% complete. Remaining repairs include fascia board and siding for the entire building, new window screens, replacement window casements, and five air-conditioner compressors. Premier Rehab – The roof covering is 95% complete. Remaining repairs include fascia board and roof skirting for the entire building, new window screens, replacement window casements, four rooftop air-conditioning compressors, insulation installation, drywall installation, finishing, and painting, flooring demolition and replacement, electrical diagnosis and repairs, ceiling tile replacement, and new interior light fixtures. Maintenance Shop – Work is 0% complete. The roof still needs to be removed and replaced. Shingled roof buildings – This includes Northwood Apartments, the Community Center, Mall Annex, duplexes, four-plex’s, five-plex’s, six-plex’s, and houses. Approximately 10% of the roofs have been replaced. Remaining repairs include gutters and downspouts, AC covers or new AC units, garage door repairs, replacements or painting, and window replacements. As this list shows, we still have a great deal of work ahead. In this article, I will address two of the questions I am asked most often. First, “When will Premier Rehab reopen?” I cannot provide a definitive answer at this time. Over the next several months, we will have several discussions about the building’s future. As the repair list shows, we will not begin considering occupancy until we can reasonably predict a completion date. Second, “When will you begin reroofing my home?” The approval process for the shingled homes has taken longer than expected with the insurance company, which delayed our start. As of this writing, we have completed 8–10 roofs. Our first priority will be approximately 20 roofs with temporary coverings. From there, we will proceed systematically to use labor and material deliveries efficiently. It is too early to estimate a completion date, as weather will certainly be a factor. Please continue to pray for God’s favor over this entire process. We also have an opportunity to receive reimbursement from FEMA and SEMA for a portion of our deductible. You may also vote using a Provisional ballot (if you do not have a photo ID) which will be counted if your signature matches the one in the voter registry. We will provide transportation at 1PM. On Thursday, September 3 we will take the bus to the College of the Ozarks to have lunch at the Keeter Center, situated just outside of Branson in the natural landscape of the Ozark Mountain Region. LUNCH AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER The Community Center Dining Room is serving a buffet lunch each Wednesday. The buffet is available 11:30AM-1PM and the cost is only $5 per person. BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER MEETINGS

BACK TO SCHOOL It’s that time of year again to pack school supplies to bless our Maranatha employees and their families! Each year the Chapel sponsors this ministry and we want to give you the opportunity to join us by volunteering your time filling backpacks with school supplies and praying for the students upcoming school year.
