I Prezzi possono esser cambiati senza preavviso, nel caso in cui si registrino aumenti dell’IVA locale, come anche aumenti del Caro Vita in generale, e o altre circostanze, che non sono state previste all’atto della pubblicazione del catalogo.

PRENOTAZIONE-CAMBIO RESA-CANCELLAZIONE

Prenotazioni, cambi resa, e cancellazioni debbono aver la forma scritta, detta puó avvenire tramite Fax oppure e-mail.

3) NO SHOW

In accordo con gli Hotels potrá esser addebitata in ragione del 100% la prima notte. Tali condizioni non sono valide durante FIERE e/o SPECIALI EVENTI.

In generale valgono seguenti condizioni: 3 mesi prima inizio della fiera. Le condizioni possono esser cambiate in base all’importanza o meno della fiera stessa. Dettagli sulle cancellazioni verranno comunicati all’atto della prenotazione. Nel caso in cui non verrá fatta altra comunicazione varranno le condizioni ivi indicate.

TRADE FAIR: Cancellation period mentioned on pro forma invoice. If nothing is mentioned: (3) Months prior arrival. Special Events ( Oktoberfest Christkindlmarkt Sylvester etc.) (3) Months prior arrival. GROUPS: Six (6) Weeks prior arrival. INDIVIDUAL: Seven (7) days prior arrival. If cancellation period is not respected we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of travel costs.

06 settimane prima inizio del viaggio. Per quei viaggi prenotati poco prima della partenza verrá addebitato il 100%.Durante l’Oktoberfest i Christkindlmarkt vigono 3 mesi prima inizio delle manifestazioni.

100% 15 gg. Prima arrivo, per prenotazioni sotto data é richiesta carta di credito valida a garanzia del pagamento. Se tali condizioni non saranno rispettate la Profil Travel, non garantirá per i servizi confermati, oppure provvederá all’incasso diretto del/dei cliente/i.

RESPONSABILITA‘

La Profil Travel, non potrá esser fatta responsabile per ritardi di Vettori, per perdite di oggetti personali dei passeggeri, come anche in caso di non adempimento delle condizioni di pagamento, o in caso di malattia dei clienti viaggianti, e con tutto ció che non rigruarda la fornitura dei servizi da parte della Profil Travel stessa.

PIAZZA DI GIURISDIZIONE

In caso di contestazioni contenziose il foro competente é quello di DIEZ.

VALIDITA‘

Without done payment service is not guaranteed! 6) LIABILITY Profil Travel doesn’t assume any liability for delays of flights, trains or busses, cancelled flights, busses, trains, hotel and any cases of force majeure. We furthermore don’t accept any liability of objects lost or forgotten by guests in hotel, transportation or any other areas during their stay. 7)

PLACE OF JIURISDICTION /APLICABLE LAW

German Law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Diez. Should any clause in this general conditions be invalid or become invalid in full or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses or remaining parts of the clause concerned.

Clientela che durante speciali accadimenti tipo Fiere / Oktoberfest e/o altro le strutture alberghiere non corrispondono né prezzi speciali né sconti e né approvigionamenti, concedendo solo la possibilitá di accontingentamento di camere durante tale manifestazioni, in maniera tale che la Profil travel dovrá applicare i propri proventi sul prezzo in alcuni casi di RACKE RATE. Con ció il prezzo all’origine non sará piú quello dichiarato da parte dell’hotel bensí piú alto di quello esposto. Vi preghiamo voler portar a conoscenza la Vs. Clientela di tali differenze, in quanto essendo la ns. organizzazione mediatore di servizi indipendente e privato, applicherá tali differenziazioni per gratificare il proprio lavoro. Inoltre in caso di contestazione da parte della Vs. Clientela non verrá concesso nessun rimborso, recrinando ogni responsabilitá su tali differenze.
