CARACTERÍSTICAS Y ESPECIFICACIONES

MOTORES DIESEL UL-FM CLASIFICADOS PARA USO DENTRO DE LOS RANGOS DE VELOCIDAD
• El circuito de refrigeración de Black Stallion incorpora todos los componentes exigidos por la NFPA y está dimensionado y seleccionado para proporcionar el volumen de agua necesario a la presión adecuada para el intercambiador de calor de los modelos de motor.
• El ltro de tipo de enjuague se utiliza para proteger la válvula reguladora, la electroválvula y los tubos del intercambiador de calor del material extraño.
• Las válvulas reguladoras se utilizan para controlar el volumen y la presión del agua de refrigeración.
• Los manómetros indican la contrapresión en la descarga de agua de refrigeración. La contrapresión recomendada para asegurar un caudal adecuado es inferior a 20 psi y no debe superar la presión permitida.
• El circuito de refrigeración está disponible en los tamaños de 1/2",3/4",1",1 1/4", 1 1/2" y 2" que se muestran en la tabla siguiente, que se seleccionan dependiendo del tamaño del motor.
• El circuito de refrigeración estándar de Black Stallion está disponible con un acabado revestido de epoxi rojo. Están disponibles otros acabados bajo pedido Están disponibles circuitos de refrigeración SS y GI.
CIRCUITO DE ENFRIAMIENTO
• Los motores BLACK STALLION están homologados por UL/FM. Póngase en contacto con nuestro equipo de ventas para obtener la certificación de cada motor.
• Los motores BLACK STALLION listados para un rango de velocidad pueden ser suministrados como Listados/Aprobados a cualquier RPM dentro de ese rango, con una potencia nominal (HP) derivada mediante interpolación lineal.

• Complying to UL /FM standards.
• Manufactured as per the guidelines of NFPA 20.
• Hydrostatically tested to assure optimum performance
• All components are checked for pipe strain and leakage prior to initial start-up.
• Black stallion cooling loop incorporates all components required by NFPA and is sized and selected to provide the required volume of water at the proper pressure for the heat exchanger of the engine models.
• Flushing type strainer is used to protect the regulator valve, solenoid valve and the tubes of the heat exchanger from foriegn material.
• The regulator valves are used to control the volume and pressure of the cooling water.
• The pressure guages indicates the back pressure on the cooling water discharge. The recommended back pressure to assure adequate ow is less than 20psi and should not exceed the allowable pressure.

• Cooling Loop is available in sizes of 1/2",3/4",1",1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2" as shown in the table below, selected as per the Engine Size.
SS and GI Cooling loops are available.

• Black stallion standard cooling loop is available in Red Epoxy Coated Finish. Other nishes are available upon request
