Introduction

PASMA PASMA, the international not-for-profit association for the mobile access tower industry.

Representing the interests of manufacturers, suppliers, specifiers and users, it provides and oversees the industry standard training scheme and is a major publisher of safety-related knowledge, information and guidance.

Founded in 1974, the Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA), is the recognised focus and authority for mobile access towers. PASMA advances safety, standards and best practice across a wide range of sectors and represents the interests of its members in the UK, South Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.

PASMA Towers for Users Qualification Level : Entry level

Course Introduction PASMA Towers for Users will equip you with the specialist knowledge you need to work safely with mobile access towers. If you’re new to towers or tower training, Towers for Users is the ideal starter course. Once you’ve completed it, you become eligible for more advanced courses which cover different tower configurations, like Linked Towers, Towers on Stairways, Cantilever Towers, Towers with Bridges and Large Deck Towers.

Approvals & Certifications PASMA Course Duration: 01 Day

Who Should Take: Personnel who will be responsible for the assembly, dismantling, alteration, moving and inspecting of mobile access towers

Eligibility Criteria:

No formal qualifications or experience are necessary, but it would be beneficial if delegates had a basic understanding of work at height issues

Assesssment: Theory and practical assessments with a pass mark of 80% in both

Mode of Training: Instruction both in theory and practical sessions
