Hollie specializes in strength, weight, stretch, and mobility training, as well weight loss for seniors, adolescents, and adults.
Dana Opalinsky | Personal Trainer/Yoga Instructor
Dana specializes in fitness for those of ages 40+ but works with all demographics to achieve their individual fitness goals.
Roy Johnson | Personal Trainer
Roy has extensive experience with balance and strength issues for all populations, Roy’s userfriendly sessions particularly appeal to older adults. Roy is also an effective fitness and weight management coach who prioritizes designing programs with progressive measurable goals that motivate and reward.
Brianna Merton | Personal Trainer/Certified Health Education Specialist
Brianna is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and lead healthier lives. With extensive experience training military personnel, individuals with special needs, and student athletes, Brianna brings a diverse skill set to her training sessions.
AQUATICS MAIN POOL
Severna Park Community Center’s main pool and locker rooms will be CLOSED FRIDAY JULY 26 – SEPTEMBER 5 for required maintenance of the main pool building steel ceiling.
Patrons interested in using our therapy pool during the main pool closure period will be allowed to transfer any remaining visits on their open/lap swim pass to a wellspring swim pass.

Lasting Tribute Benches are available for a tax-deductible donation of $1,250. Each bench includes one line of engraving – up to 40 characters and spaces per line, letters are 2” inches high. For an additional $88 per line, we can engrave up to a total of four lines of type, each line up to 40 characters and spaces for a maximum message length of 160 characters and spaces on four lines.
