OUR COMMITMENT

SOCIAL EMOTIONAL: At Seven Arrows we are committed to developing motivated, self-aware members of the global community. Our approach is simple; every child is seen. We assert that all members of our community will strive to be active, accountable members of society who can reflect and grow from their mistakes.

15

A trailblazer in the area of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Seven Arrows led the way as one of the first Los Angeles Independent Schools to implement a comprehensive mindfulness program in 2013. All of our teachers have undergone training with international expert Susan Kaiser Greenland whose Inner Kids model is highly recognized as one of the first mindfulness programs in education. Two Seven Arrows teachers hold extensive training by Susan Kaiser Greenland and provide ongoing professional development for our teaching staff. Ethics, empathy, and compassion are folded into every experience inside and outside of the classroom. We are deeply committed to fostering a community that upholds our seven core values: Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, Respect, Responsibility, Citizenship, Empathy, and Gratitude.
