A Message from the Honorary Co-Chairs

Welcome to norDic nights!!

We are both honored to serve as chairs for such an amazing event. Every year, our community comes together with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay to celebrate our love for pets and to show our support for an incredible organization whose mission saves so many beloved animals.

Many days, we wrestle with the fact that our own parents (our father, for sure) love their animals more than their own children. And we get it. They are part of our families, our heartaches, and our triumphs. Anyone who doesn’t experience the kind of unconditional love an animal can provide is surely missing out. So it’s essential that we support animals, and give a voice to those who can’t speak up for themselves. That’s why our family chooses to partner with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. We are fortunate to have such incredible animal advocates in our community, and we are grateful for the means to join in their cause.

We’re also thrilled to play a part in the creation of the DeBartolo Family Animal Shelter, which will help to save more than 2,000 additional animals every year. This will only further the generous care our local Humane Society has provided for over a century.
