PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is to renovate the Etobicoke Civic Centre and dedicated to creating vibrant and joyful living spaces for seniors, designed to enhance their well-being and foster a sense of community and happiness. Recognizing the importance of a positive living environment for the elderly, the aim is to design a space where seniors can feel rejuvenated, engaged and connected with their peers while embracing their inner childlike spirit. Connecting nature with colour as a strategy to creating a joyful and happy environment that is interconnected. Bringing back the sense of joy, happiness and fun within the living environment is the main strategy within the design.

The Condominium Project, a collaborative group project crafted using Revit and Twinmotion, is an environmentally sustainable residential development for 15 Merchants Wharf, Queen’s Quay East, Toronto, Ontario. Situated adjacent to the vibrant Sherbourne Commons and overlooking the captivating Waterfront, this visionary condominium embraces a hybrid structure comprising Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), steel, and reinforced concrete (R/C). By integrating cutting-edge design technologies and sustainable practices, the project sets new standards in eco-conscious architecture while seamlessly connecting with its urban context.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The primary objective of this project was to create a dealership, where I had the opportunity to implement my own design concept while ensuring full compliance with OBC regulations. In pursuit of this goal, I harnessed the capabilities of diverse software tools, such as Revit, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop. The project posed a distinctive challenge, requiring me to retain the existing building structure while selectively demolishing certain parts. This undertaking allowed me to showcase my creativity and problem-solving abilities in crafting a dealership.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The primary objective of this project was to create 3D models of an existing building in Autodesk Revit from data gathered from the GeoSLAM Horizon device. The task was “cleaning” the scan file using Autodesk Recap Pro and create a model based on the point cloud that was cleaned up. I provided cartooned drawing set with the point clouds and rendered the model.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The warehouse project involved creating preliminary construction drawings using Revit as the primary design tool. As a collaborative group effort, we successfully designed and implemented the technical aspects of the building, with a focus on utilizing Steel Frame as a key component. Throughout the project, we meticulously adhered to applicable Zoning Bylaws, Ontario Building Code requirements, and current industry standards, ensuring compliance and safety. We presented comprehensive conceptual design documents and construction documents, demonstrating our ability to translate ideas into practical and functional solutions for the built environment.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The group project was carried out using AutoCAD, where we successfully designed and implemented the design and technical aspects of building projects, with a primary focus on utilizing engineered-wood products as a major component. Our collaborative efforts involved creating conceptual design documents and construction drawings that adhered to relevant Zoning Bylaws, OBC requirements, and current industry standards, specifically tailored for engineered-wood buildings. Through this project, we demonstrated our proficiency in AutoCAD and showcased our ability to deliver innovative and compliant solutions in the realm of sustainable construction.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In this project, the aim was to utilize Dynamo-Revit to design a unified facade as a seamless, organic surface. The specific building requirements were to create a 10-storey parking building measuring 186 meters by 32 meters, situated on a vacant lot near a college. The task assigned was to design the North Facade of the building, facing Macpherson Ave, using the capabilities of Dynamo, Revit.
