This is a single component epoxy ester non-slip floor and outdoor coating designed for application in areas of heavy pedestrian traffic. It is both chemical resistant and fire retardant in the cured state. Resists petrol, oil, acids, alkalis and aliphatic solvents. It is well suited for application on concrete, asphalt, timber and all metal surfaces. Comes as a single pack mixture and can be walked on within eight hours after application. Can be applied by brush or roller. Perfect for busy pedestrian ramps and stairs. Available in Light Grey, Dark Grey and Safety Yellow. Each four litre can covers 6m2. This mixture cannot be resealed once opened. Surface should be primed to ensure maximum performance and longevity. SDS and TDS available at www.seton.com.au.

Surface Preparation:

Concrete: remove oil, grease, dirt wax etc by using an emulsifiable water–based cleaner/degreaser. Clean with water and apply Concrete Etch and Cleaner (A27000) 5L container is Diluted with 15L of water (20L) which should cover 20m2 (1L/1 square metres). Smooth or glazed surfaces should be roughened and porous surfaces should be primed with Epoxy Sealer (A27001)

Coverage approx 1 Litre: 4–8m2 concrete 10m2 steel.

Metal and Galvanised Surfaces: Remove all paint, rust and mill scale preferably by grit blasting and prime with Etch Primer (A27002). Coverage approx. 1 Litre: 10m2.

Timber: Prime with Epoxy Sealer (A27001). Coverage approx. 1 Litre: 6m2.

As part of the Disability Discrimination Act compliance, it is now mandatory to provide Tactile Warning Indicators to stairs, ramps and many other changing conditions. Stainless Steel Studs now available in four styles: Stainless Steel and Grit (Carborundum)-Filled plain-backed and spigot. Wet core drill is required for hard surfaces eg. ceramic, marble and stone.

NB: 216 individual studs are required to cover a 600 x 900mm area, which is generally the minimum requirement for a single hazard. INSTALLATION KIT:

NB: Adhesive in kits is enough for 120 studs. Additional adhesive for studs will fix approx. 120 studs. With a depth of 600mm, 240 studs cover 1 lineal metre.

Trading Terms

Instant Credit. Receive up to $5,000 for new accounts. Trading terms are 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to grant credit and obtain third party credit worthiness checks.

For corporate and business orders over $2,000, a purchase order containing an ABN or ACN number must be provided.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request either a replacement or refund of the product(s) within 14 days of the date of purchase. Call 1800 651 173 for return instructions. Goods returned will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price of those goods. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and be sent via registered post or courier to guarantee receipt of goods in order for the credit to be issued to your account.

Claims for damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. Custom products are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. Once your purchase order has been processed and the product has been ordered it cannot be returned. Software products are guaranteed to be virus free. Once they are opened they cannot be returned. Available for selected Printers and does not cover consumables. Printer must be returned in its packaging in a re-sellable condition.

Warranty

Seton products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will determine for themselves the suitability to their intended uses.

Seton warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product, shown to Seton’s satisfaction as defective at the time Seton sold it. This warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyer.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any obligations or liability on Seton’s part. Under no circumstances will Seton be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damage of any kind arising in connection with the use, or inability to use Seton’s products.
