TABlE MAT is a unique combination of recycled leather and natural rubber.

The iconic TABlE MAT Curve is devised in an organic shape.

The design is decorative and practical as it takes up very little space in the table setting. All available leather finishes and colours can be found on page 77 - 79.

TABlE MAT can also be customized in shape and size by a minimum of 50 pieces. A customized colour can be created by a minimum of 800 pieces.

glass maT Drinking GlASS MAT is the perfect add-on to an elegant bar or a classic lounge. A small thing like a beautiful coaster can be an important finishing detail. The many leather finishes and colours can match any style and taste and with the double recycled leather two colours in one is even an option. GlASS MAT comes in all colours on page 77 - 79 and by request GlASS MAT can be customized in size and shape.

Binder - BRUSSElS ii

HOT MAT is a 200°C heat resistant trivet that is both functional and decorative. The trivets are made out of 3mm thick and very resistant recycled leather.

The durable 3mm recycled leather is also suitable as WORK MATS for a sophisticated look on the reception desk or in the hotel rooms. All HOT MATs and WORK MATs are available in the Cloud and Bull leather colors on page 78 and comes in a range of shapes and sizes:

VERSATilE TRAY COllECTiON The TRAY collection in durable aluminum comes with a changeable inlay in recycled leather, making the TRAYs useful for minibars, bathrooms and as serving trays.

TRAY SQUARE is available in five sizes and three aluminum colours, metallic, anthracite and bronze.

All double recycled leather colours on page 79 are available as reversible inlays for a changing look on the tray.

All LIND DNA products are designed, manufactured and packaged locally in Aarhus – a small, but creatively burbling coastal city in mainland Denmark.

Hands-on flexibility

We insist on using local craftspeople and local production so we can maintain our stringent – some would say obsessive – attention to detail and high quality standards in all our products.

The Lind family is hands-on about everything from prototyping, designing, manufacturing, packaging and distribution. We want to be able to monitor, check, tweak, reconsider and learn – sometimes even completely rethink.

Something that would be impossible in an outsourcing factory on the other side of the world.

One distinctive and fundamental source of beauty in LIND DNA products is the naturalness and inherent glow of the materials we use, enticing your gaze and inviting you to run your fingers over their subtle surfaces.

Traditional craftsmanship makes sure these materials retain their raw beauty, and helps ensure impeccable quality and finish in all our products.

From leather to better leather

We source high-quality leather off-cuts and surplus stock from reputable shoe, handbag and furniture manufacturers.

This leather is then ground and mixed with natural rubber and water to create a unique, gorgeous-looking upcycled material that consists of 80% reused leather – and is tough, water resistant and very easy to wipe down.

Oak

We use responsibly sourced oak, along with gentle treatment methods and traditional craftsmanship, which combined ensures the wood retains its natural glory.

Wool

Wool features in many of our designs. We keep the wool its natural colour – no dyeing – and make sure the wool retains its tousled, rustic look.

The AARHUS design is our simple yet sophisticated collection of menus and wine cards. The effortless flip-over concept, made possible with the added leather cord and an oak bead, gives an easy approach to the collection. The cord makes it possible for the collection to hold several pages securely in place.

The ROME collection is our innovative version of the functional menu and drinks card. The board is designed with our double 1,6 mm leather front side and a 4mm strong leather backside.

The collection comes with steel rivets. The rivets give a decorative touch to the ROME design, and work effortless as the open and close function for changing the papers inside.

The ROME collection comes in the sizes A4 and A5, and can be designed in all DOUBlE leather colours available on page 79.

The lONDON collection is our redesign of the traditional clipboard, giving the collection an original approach. The unique recycled leather gives the clipboard a new and stylish look.

The ViENNA collection with exquisite stitchings offers a refined approach to our menu, wine & drinks folders, plus payment holders. This model exhibits clearly the possibility of showing one colour for the front and back, and another for the inside of the folder.

The ViENNA payment holder 9,5x21 cm is designed to match the trendy line of the Menu folder. it has beautiful hand-sewn stitches and the high material quality is defined.

The liSBON collection is our minimalistic design of menu, drinks and wine folders. Originally inspired by the functionality of a classic binder – the liSBON collection offers both efficiency and elegance in one folder.

The OSlO collection is our simple, but highly functional menu, wine and drinks folder. The combination of our double recycled leather and the ease of the design, gives it a unique expression. With this collection there is again the wonderful opportunity of showing one leather colour on the front side and another leather colour on the inside.

The elastic string gives room to either one page or several pages, and also holds the pages inside the folder. Allows for a swift and easy change of pages.

The BRUSSElS collection is our special restaurant or hotel binders. This collection has a heavier feel to it, which lets the quality of the materials speak for itself.

The binders hold numerous pages, and the combination of wool and leather gives the collection a chick and effortless finish.

BRUSSElS i has a significant curve of leather round the spine, and is elegantly supported with wool on the inside.

BRUSSElS ii is special due to the splitting leather, allowing the wool to show at the spine and giving it a soft and natural essence.

The pARiS collection is our outstanding menu and wine folder. The inside lining is specially carved and sewed on to give a unique feel, and to make the look seem light and effortless.

The pARiS folder is unique with its light design of the recycled leather combined with the minimalistic linings. The folder holds 2 pages and the menues are easily switchable, as the lining closest to the middle is open allowing for sliding in new paper.

CLEANING

LIND DNA mats are easily cleaned with a wet cloth and window spray.

Certain foods and liquids may result in permanent stains if they are not cleaned right away. Substances like curry, saffron, paprika or chilli may be problematic on lighter colour mats. Wash immediately to avoid permanent damage.

HANDLING

Do not place hot items such as pots and frying pans on the mats.

Do not fold the mats or allow them to crease.

Avoid direct sunlight exposure for longer periods of time as this may affect the structure of the leather.
