Serix iD - Secure and fast identification with smartphones
Serix iD provides the user with a secure, dynamic and mobile identification of a person or a product. The information is encrypted and is only available once per request. The service supports, for instance, the ability to check and register attendance at exams at a college or university.
In many cases, it is crucial to be able to verify a person‘s educational level for access to different types of premises and/or work vehicles. In that cases you can use Serix iD to support that type of system. Serix iD can be advantageously used to verify the authenticity of a product, or to identify a maintenance point in, for example, a factory, at an airport or a nuclear power station. The aim is to provide exactly the right instructions and control points for the specific maintenance occasion.
Serix Online - Your Ordering Portal for an easier ordering procedure
Serix Online is your ordering portal that is open when you have time, around the clock, every dayof the year. In the ordering portal, you can order all different types of credentials, such as Foto-ID cards, key fobs, access card and accessories.
As a customer, you can follow the entire process from order to delivery. There is also the possibilityof an attest function where orders must be approved by an authorized person before proceeding toproduction. Production takes place with redundancy both at our office in Stockholm and inRonneby there we annually produce around 4 million credentials with accessories.
Possibility of secure login with BankID.
The order portal also offers rereading of chip numbers to simplify adding of chip numbers in e.g.access control system. For those customers who want to integrate card ordering from their own system, there is a modern API that offers all the features found in the web portal. If you are a reseller, you can manage your own customers by profiling the portal as your own and administer your customers products and prices.

We offer complete solutions for creating professional company cards. Our systems are used by companies, municipalities and organizations for production of ID and authorization cards. The cards can be printed with your own equipment, card printers for standardized plastic cards, or sent online for central production.
For our PhotoID systems you can add our camera package which contains a high-quality digital camera for photography. The camera package also includes a camera tripod as an aid in portrait photography as well as an adapter for a power supply and a USB extension cable for the camera. In order to be able to take professional photos without shadows and with the right lighting, we offer a complete lighting package.

A card printer prints the personal information in full color print on a plastic card. The format and materials are the same as for a credit card. The plastic cards allow all types of encoding, suchas RFID and magstripe.

TERMINALS
Below you see some examples of our terminals. They come in different designs and are the obvious complement when you create your reception environment. The terminal can be used for self-registration where the visitor registers himself on arrival, or why not for a photo shoot when you have to take photos of all your staff in a simple and flexible way.
Service station
Service station is the ultimate unit for self-service and has its designated place for the administration of all types of identity cards, such as Company ID or student identification. The construction is very robust and is designed for daily use in public environments such as schools and universities.
It is also equipped with several communication interfaces, is height-adjustable and is usually connected to the Internet or intranet. This makes it possible to also use the station as a terminal or information kiosk.
Self-service terminal
Within arrival, the visitor shows the QR code to a reader with their mobile phone and is automatically checked in at the same time as a visitor label is printed and cut off with the built-in scissors. In the meantime, the recipient of the visit will be notified via a text message and/or email. In this way, both reception staff and pre-booked visitors avoid having to register manually upon arrival.

Photostation Express
Seriline offers a simple all-in-one solution where the person can photograph themselves for their new card. The Express photo station is a portable solution that can be advantageously placed in a temporary location for staff photography. It can be placed on a table or, for a more permanent solution hung on a wall. The photo station has a built-in lighting to be able to take photos with good quality. The flow is simple, intuitive and can be tailored specifically for your organization.

Plastic cards
We offer a complete range of plastic cards that can be used in a variety of access control systems. There are plastic cards that are only a white piece of plastic in CR80 format without technology and magnetic strip or it can contain one or more non-contact technologies (RFID) and can be used in different types of access control systems. PLASTKORT MIFARE DESFIRE
Mifare DESFire is a very secure and flexible card with many uses. The card complies with ISO / IEC14443A and is based on a global standard for both RF interfaces and encryption methods, e.g. AES 128. DESFir can handle up to 28 different applications with 32 files per application. The size of the files is determined when they are created. The card can be moderated to follow ISO /IEC 7816-4 commands.

Keyfobs are designed to fit the keychain and are often made of plasticic. It is an electronic key, also called credential, which contains an RFID chip and can be ordered as a combi tag (more than one chip in the same tag) and can therefore be used in several access control systems. Using retransfer printing technology, Prima 8 quickly produces high quality photo ID cards in large volumes, comparable to offset printed cards. Prima 8 is a reliable and robust solution in a compact package. With a retransfer printing process, the images are first printed on a thin film and then heated on to the card surface. This produces a glossy, high-resolution image, printed just over the edge of the card.
A special dye sublimation, Ultraviolet (UV), can be used with Prima 8 for printing invisible photographs, logos, text or symbols when issuing cards that require high security. The UV ink cannot be detected with the naked eye, but is only visible with the use of a UV light source. This special YMCK-UV tape offers an affordable yet highly secure feature to reduce susceptibility to counterfeiting.

VANDALIZATION PROTECTION
The Cidron reader vandalization protection is an accessory that shields the reader and helps it withstand tampering by absorbing and redirecting external forces away from the reader. The sloping sides of the vandalization protection also make it harder to climb on the reader.

CLIMATE PROTECTION
Even though the reader is robust in its basic design, an extra layer of weather protection might be needed in certain environments. The shield protects the reader from snow, rain and sunlight and comes in two different colors, transparent and White, for different applications.

INSTALLATION TOOL
Cidron installation tool is designed to open the card reader in a safe way. The custom-made shape makes it easy to insert the tool into the locking part to free the frame for service and maintenance work.

Warranty and liability*
Seriline is obliged to remedy any defects due to defects in materials or production through a replacement. The warranty period for RFID products and accessories is 3 months, for hardware 12 months and for Cidron card readers 24 months. Seriline’s liability to the customer only applies to material and manufacturing defects in the products.
In relation to the customer, Seriline shall in no case be liable for costs, losses, loss of income or other so-called indirect damages that may be caused by delayed, incorrect or non-delivery of the products.

Returns
Returns of goods must be made in the original packaging within 10 days. The customer pays the shipping cost for the return shipment.
