As a supporter and partner, I hope you take tremendous pride in this organization . Our resilience over the past 20 months, and ability to experiment and continue pursuing our strategic vision, is largely due to one all-important factor – you! I cannot overstate how appreciative we are to be cared for, supported, and trusted by such generous and loyal individuals . As Patrick expresses in his note on page 33, we are nothing without your presence .

With your support, we now can look to a season full of live musical experiences, and plan for a celebratory 20th Anniversary Season just around the corner . What a joy it will be to make music together with you again!

On behalf of the entire Board at Seraphic Fire I would like to welcome you back to a full season of inspiring and transcendent live musical performances . During a conversation about what it is that makes people want to support this organization, I realized that for me it is because every time I attend a performance I am changed for the better . I feel more peaceful, more inspired, and ready to accept the beauty in our world despite its many challenges .

In what is likely the most challenging year ever faced by Seraphic Fire, we have witnessed the determination of the artists and staff in creating six multimedia concerts, twelve podcasts with conversations that enlighten us, the release of a remarkable and groundbreaking CD of Hildegard von Bingen’s Ordo Virtutum, and, in May, a recording session that resulted in multiple videos and the recording of two CDs for our future enjoyment .

We also added over 100 new supporters during a period when many arts organizations have been dormant . All of this is made possible by the passion, hard work and creativity of our artists and staff, the careful guidance and leadership of our executives, and most importantly, your faith in and support of Seraphic Fire and its mission . For sheer impact on arts and arts education in South Florida, you cannot make a better investment than to support the work of Seraphic Fire . Thank you and welcome back .
