2020 MESSAGE FOR CEO
Dear Seprod Family, As we enter a new year and new decade, I want to wish for you happiness, good health, professional and personal success. 2019 was indeed a very challenging year with many difficult decisions and so many of our people being affected by personal losses. We mourned the loss of Clement Burnett (retired GM CPL), Winston Harrison (former GM ISL), Luton Shelton (supervisor IBL), Anthony Coleman (IT), Marsha Grant (Merchandiser) and the loss of close family members. Each day is truly a gift and we need to resolve to make every one of them count. A lot of the major decisions made over the last year were done to put the Seprod Group on a strong path for growth going forward. I am excited about 2020 and fully expect that if we work as a team, this will be our best year ever. Your company, of which over 200 of you are shareholders, has been making strides and is now considered one of Jamaica’s premier organizations. I want Seprod to be a place of choice to attract talented and motivated persons, grow careers, create value for each employee in their personal space and develop leaders for the wider Jamaica.

This year, I have pleaded with the leadership team and HR to ensure that we put our people first. Let us have conversations and make decisions TOGETHER to improve OUR company. We will not always agree on every single item but by having real communication, we can make better decisions that will benefit all of us. Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Seprod family, of which I am truly proud, and look forward to achieving our best year ever. Blessings, RP
