03 Hospitality Cititel Nadayu Hotel***

A 3stars hotel with 101 rooms, a lobby and restaurant. This hotel building is a shophouses that was renovated into a 3 star hotel. the aim issue is to matching the existing shophouse building with a typical column grid with a composition of room division. Carries Mediteranian concept, the interior uses material such as Plaster texture, natural stone, lamintae wood, etc.

04 Hospitality Alfad Resort

This resort is located on the edge of town, approximately 20 km from Pekanbaru city center. The aim issue is a land area only +- 10,000m2 and divided into several zones, including public zones such as restaurants, service zones such as mep areas and parking, private zones such as resorts and hotels to accommodate 1000 visitors. 05 Commercial Topi Kopi Cafe

Topi Kopi is the name of café. According to the name of the cafe. The design concept is a hat, taking the shape of a hat which is transformed into the roof of the building, making this cafe building unique and has its own characteristics. 06 Commercial S-HUB

Sudirman HUB (S-HUB) is a community center area with an open space concept that integrates with each other. With a land area of +- 17000m2, this area can accommodate 1,000+ peoples. The main issue in the design of this area is how to compose and arrange space and buildings, people's needs for entertainment. Pekanbaru which is quite hot is a big challenge in designing buildings in areas where the majority is outdoor.
