SEMEN INTEREST All bulls in this offering sell 100% possession and we retain 1/3 semen revenue shares.

BULL DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY We do not creep feed our calves on summer pasture. We weaned later than usual this year because we were so wet. We weaned one group the end of September and the other group the first week of October. We weaned them at Nisland and then in December we moved them to Opal. They have been fed a high roughage ration consisting of prairie hay, alfalfa, rolled corn and full energy beans. We plan to take the bulls home after the sale and deliver them April 1 through April 7, free of charge.

THE SENN RED ANGUS GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE The bulls will be insured for one full year with Martin-Trudeau Insurance at no cost to the buyer. Senn Red Angus will pay the premium for the most comprehensive livestock policy, covering the bulls at 100%. This policy will cover Mortality, if the bull dies or has to be put down due to a life threatening injury.

9263 is the last of two ET bull calves ever to sell by the old Aster 432 cow.

She was finally retired last year. This Hard Drive mating should produce powerful daughters and leave you with front end steer calves. Moving Forward’s dam 438 comes with a little more frame. Her strengths are calving ease, gentle disposition, udder quality and she is a very good producer. We will be flushing his dam for the first time this spring. These Seneca calves will definitely move you in the right maternal and functional direction.

9526 is a nice Seneca ET son that is one of our first Black red carriers. He’s a solid calf out of the now retired, proven Angus donor Belle 6005. This mating has female maker and kind written all over him. Not many black Seneca calves have been produced to this date, so here is outcross opportunity. His donor dam has been a great success in our program!

9333 is a fancy Hard Drive son with tremendous length and stands on his feet very well. I see this bull as one that would greatly compliment a set of Red Angus, Angus or Sim Angus cows and make a nice outcross.

Certainly a standout! The Hard Drive cattle are some of the best and certainly highly valued at our place.

9257 is also a nice Hard Drive son. He is genuine in his own characteristics, but a bit more moderate than his full brother 9333. Here is an opportunity to run a set of full brothers on just about any color of cow you may have. Hard Drive semen is next to impossible to attain and if you could find some, it would cost a pretty penny. We will have a few more direct sons in the future. 932 is a young calf that keeps getting better and better. His maternal brother was Lot 1 in the 2018 sale. 932’s sire, Ocean Front Property, was our selection as Lot 3 in the 2018 Rhodes Red Angus sale. He was chosen because of his easy fleshing Hard Drive dam, who has gone on to be a donor cow for their program.

OFP was also chosen because of the power and docility of his sire Upfront 508. I could see this calf breeding a lot of cows because of his athleticism.

This is the last ET bull calf ever to be sold by the now retired Aster 432 cow. She lived to be 15 years old. 9216 is a moderate made fella and seems to be a friend to everyone in the pen.
