Our history

Senné was established by William Senné initially as a traditional real estate brokerage firm offering leasing and sales services in Cambridge, MA. Since 2009, Senné has emphasized the importance of smart business decisionmaking and hiring top talent for each and every position, which has resulted in exponential growth in the firm’s capacity and sophistication.

Today, Senné is comprised of 150+ practitioners of finance, property management, marketing, construction, design, residential and commercial brokerage, and planning, all working together to raise the bar on client satisfaction. Senné leadership

William Senné is an accomplished real estate executive, leading his organization from its founding in 2009 to the present day. Senné is one of the most dynamic vertically integrated advisory and development firms in the Greater Boston area with a focus on developing long-term client relationships. With 150+ team members, Senné has organically grown in both diversity of disciplines and staff thanks to William’s leadership and vision. William is primarily engaged in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, business leadership and growth activities. As a practitioner, William represents a broad range of clients — domestic and foreign — with services ranging from traditional brokerage to complex commercial financing and investment and development advising.

As Chief Financial Officer at Senné, David Keiran leads all of the company’s financial activities, working with CEO William Senné to develop and manage acquisitions, developments, capital structures, investor relations, and corporate strategy execution. David joined Senné with over 30 years of institutional, commercial, and residential investment industry experience with significant expertise in real estate accounting, taxation, risk management, capital sourcing, finance, investment acquisitions, development, management, and dispositions. He is also well versed in investment underwriting and analysis, asset and portfolio management, regulatory compliance, investor relations and reporting.

As Chief Operating Officer, Tyler Munsinger works directly with CEO William Senné and the senior management team to create and implement overall business objectives and company operations. Tyler is a licensed CPA with Big Four public accounting experience in banking and private equity industries and has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including investment management, operations, acquisitions, construction, sales, financing, and property management. He was previously Vice President of Finance with a Los Angeles based real estate operating platform focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, selling and managing assets. In his current role as COO, Tyler’s wide range of expertise allows him to effectively lead the company forward by translating strategy into actionable goals for each service line.

Senné leadership

Anelise Lago joins Senné with more than 15 years of experience providing legal counsel across multiple industries. As Chief Legal Officer, Anelise advises key stakeholders and business partners, overseeing a broad variety of matters ranging from development to investments, finance and property management within a growing firm. Prior to Senné, Anelise served as Assistant General Counsel to The RMR Group, a publicly-traded alternative asset management company. In past roles, Anelise provided legal counsel in the real estate and finance industries, serving as Corporate Associate of real estate investments with Ropes & Gray LLP, Corporate Associate of debt finance with Locke Lord LLP and Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with Wells Fargo.

As Senné’s Chief Marketing Officer, Frank Hwang leads the marketing and creative team and is responsible for the brand strategy across the entire company. Frank is a digitalfirst global marketer with over 16 years of experience across multiple consumer industries including EF Education First, Sperry, and Timberland. Frank specializes in building and reenergizing brands with an innovative, insight-led approach to new platforms and channeling authentic consumer voices. Frank is focused on achieving key business objectives by enabling and aligning high-energy teams towards common goals, testing new tactics to increase successes, and driving cross-partner collaboration.

Kate Pattison leads all property management operations at Senné. For several years, Kate has managed a large real estate portfolio comprised primarily of residential and condominium association properties. Kate has managed new development projects, implemented new condominium associations, and assisted many buildings with turn-around management with detailed budgets, planning, and reforecasts. Kate has a proven ability to save costs and grow revenue through analytical thinking and financial management that ensures that all properties operate efficiently and effectively. Kate spends her days meeting with clients and vendors, spreading brand awareness for the management department, and ensuring her team feels supported and motivated to meet their individual and collective goals.
