Build Process

Your new home journey begins here. The site is prepared, plumbing is in place, and the concrete slab completed.

Next, carpenters will erect the wall frames and roof trusses.

A significant milestone in the building process, 'the lockup' stage, involves installing brickwork, roof tiles, windows, and exterior door frames in your new home.

Now for the interior: all internal cladding and tiling are completed, along with the installation of skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, and cabinetry.

You're on the home stretch, attending an inspection of your new home with your building supervisor. The final stage includes painting, electrical and plumbing fit-offs, and the installation of bench tops, sinks, and landscaping ( If applicable ).

Today is the big day, your new home is ready to welcome you. Onsite, your building supervisor will hand over your keys and arrange for the appliances to be installed. Congratulations on your beautiful new Senka home!
