arah Robinson couldn’t be happier about being officially named principal at Viera High School. “This is my dream job,” the 33-year-old said. “My husband and I live in the Suntree community. I loved working as the assistant principal for curriculum here. Viera is the school my son will eventually come to. “There’s a phenomenal staff here. Phenomenal kids. Great parents. Great community involvement.” Robinson is in her third year at Viera after working at Cocoa Beach Junior/Senior High School

as the International Baccalaureate coordinator. It was while at Cocoa Beach that she met Mike Alba, who encouraged her to become an administrator. Alba served as Viera’s principal for five years before leaving in November to take a job with the Brevard County School District. Robinson had been serving as the school’s acting principal since then, but was officially named to the position last week. the intersection of Viera Boulevard and Star Rush Road. Renfro said CubeSmart should be completed by August. Additionally, he noted that the other new facilities would be “coming out of the ground within three months.”
“There is going to be a lot of construction activity,” Renfro said. On the east side of I-95, Viera Heart and Vascular is under construction.
