A powerful new member

SSAA welcomes new service member The Energy Alliance, which works to find optimal power solutions.

The Energy Alliance has been operating for more than 22 years and manages more than 3500 active customers around Australia.

It is a market-leading independent energy broker that uses market knowledge, relationships with energy retailers, and leverage, to find the best possible outcomes in energy pricing and network structure so that clients can minimise their expenditure on energy. On clients’ behalf, negotiating directly with the energy retailers ensures The Energy Alliances customers pay the most optimal price for their energy.

There is no cost for customers in the preliminary analysis and negotiation. When customers are presented with alternative energy pricing, there is no obligation to accept the proposal or cost incurred by the customer at that point. The Energy Alliance does all the work to determine if clients can find a more optimal solution for their energy costs for free and upfront – so there is no risk in engaging with them. Consider this a free evaluation of your current energy arrangement. On the basis that there is no cost or commitment required from clients until they have demonstrated an outcome, there is no downside to engaging them. Recently, The Energy Alliance worked with an SSAA member facing an increase in costs with the current energy crisis. A solution that avoided an increase was provided, saving a potential 16% rise in price. To proceed, all that is required are two things: 1. A signed and completed Letter of Permission that permits work on a client’s energy accounts. This does not bind clients in any way and is a requirement by energy retailers. 2. The most recent electricity and gas bill. Once Energy Alliance receives your energy bills, it will send you the Letter of Permission to complete. Then the work can begin to reduce your bills for SSAA members*. Email your bills to ssaa@energyalliance.net.au For more information, head to www.energyalliance.net.au or call +61 03 9872 6869. *Valid for Australian members only
