FALLON VALUERS

Fallon Valuers provide their clients with confidential, ethical, and independent property valuation and advisory services, having recently dedicated its staff entirely to the self storage industry. Fallon Valuers have extensive local and international experience and can help SSAA Members with financial feasibilities (utilising estate master), first mortgage security finance, rental reviews and determinations, asset reports for accounting/taxation purposes, GST valuations, rating valuation advice and transaction management services (acquisition/disposal).

The company was founded by Martin Fallon, a third generation property professional who became a certified practising valuer in 2005 and subsequently gained qualifications as a chartered surveyor and licensed estate agent. Martin’s experience encompasses 16 years valuing, managing and advising on commercial and residential property both here in Australia and overseas for the world’s leading brands including CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle and PPB Advisory (now part of PwC Australia). We have a national sales team with two dedicated employees looking after SSAA members being Peter McLean and Daniel Kovacs; both attended the Convention in Cairns.
