Where do I start?

We like to start your holiday design process with a good chat. We’ll find out what travel experiences you’ve loved in the past, along with what hasn’t gone so well. Your Destination Specialist will then either create your holiday from scratch, or tailor one of the suggested journeys on our website, if there’s one you find particularly interesting. They will use their insider knowledge and the team’s shared insight to make the absolute best of your time and budget, and they’ll always be happy to tinker with your itinerary until it’s absolutely perfect for you.
What’s included?
Your tailor-made holiday will be designed to include exactly what you need. Typically this will include your accommodation, private guides/drivers, private vehicles, any internal travel (including domestic flights), entrance fees to any visits, some meals and full financial protection (see below). We can also arrange your international flights, airport lounges and special treats to mark important occasions.
How will I be looked after whilst on holiday?
From start to finish, you’ll be taken care of by our carefully selected local guides, hosts and logistical teams, with all the benefits of their local knowledge, translation skills and connections. Your guide can be with you as much or as little as you need — just let us know what you prefer.
Is my money safe?
We recognise our responsibility to handle your money securely, and to operate our business in an appropriate and sustainable manner to ensure a robust position. Just like the holidays we create, we take this responsibility seriously. To ensure your financial security, Selective Asia is a fully ATOL bonded tour operator (ATOL 9203) and financially protected through Trust My Travel.
What if we need assistance while we’re away?
Despite our very best efforts, things can occasionally go wrong, or an event can occur which requires urgent assistance. In the unlikely event that this happens during your holiday, we have 24/7 local customer service and an emergency support system in place.
