CaddieNow System requires a Golfer to include a credit card number with your account to request caddies. The Caddie Program at Brentwood will not be utilizing the payment feature at this time but a credit card is still required to set-up the account. 5

Technology - How It Works

How the system works: Once a golfer makes a request, booking notifications are sent to the caddies in a set timeline. The first caddies notified are the golfers PREFERRED CADDIES. The second group of caddies notified is the club’s PRIORITY POOL. The priority pool has been selected by the staff as the top tier caddies. After PREFERRED and PRIORITY Caddies have been notified the app begins to send notifications out to the remaining caddies in the order of their star rating.

Preferred Caddies Once a loop is completed, the golfer has the ability to select the caddie as a PREFERRED CADDIE. If a golfer would like to select a preferred caddie before using the app for the first time, please text CaddieNow (540- 682-3525) with your name and the name of your preferred caddie in the CaddieNow System. The RATING SYSTEM The rating system is a key component of developing a quality caddie program. After each loop the golfer will be given the opportunity to rate the caddie and the rating will be used to assign a current Star Rating. 11
