When I founded HoteliersGuild some two decades ago as a profit private society for discerning hospitality leaders, it was merely to create another professional association. It was to unite the finest minds, the deepest hearts, and the dedicated practitioners in luxury hospitality under one ethos: to elevate profession into an art form guided ethics, sustainability, and mentorship.
