LEGACY IN MOTION
THE ATLANTIC CHAPTER
Family Seal of Excellence
B-SHORE is where the Atlantic chapter of Universo Garzón begins to take physical form. Rooted in the landscape and conceived with the restraint that defines the wider estate, it carries the family’s philosophy from vineyard and countryside to the coast. What began as a vision is now becoming a place: intimate, low density and shaped by a particular relationship with the sea. This LookBook follows that movement, from legacy to construction and from architectural intention to a new expression of belonging on the Atlantic.

THE MAKING OF B-SHORE A CONSTRUCTION CHRONICLE IN PROGRESS
Construction is now in full swing. What began as an architectural proposition is becoming a place. This evolving chapter will record the work with the same restraint as the finished project: enough to make progress visible, never so much that the building site overwhelms the vision.
