Fire & Feast
More than a culinary workshop, this is an immersion into a way of living — shaped by fire, guided by simplicity, and rooted in the rhythm of the land.
Set in the quietly compelling surroundings of Garzón, Francis will personally host and teach an intimate 8-day experience from August 16–24, 2026 — bringing together craft, conversation, and the elemental beauty of cooking over fire.
