Tandy’s Thoughts I’ve been to the Arts Hotel in Barcelona for many years I can see why people love it because it’s got this tremendous energy of different nationalities passing through , its impeccable.

I always felt like I was some kind of Royalty the service is exquisite.And my favourite times are when my bookers who are my good friends and husband used to take swim on the roof and drink cocktails all day.

One stay we got moved to the penthouse and had a few of our guys staying there, including Nicholas Malleville, a top model who now is the owner of hotels in Polynesia and Mexico among others .

Welcome to the SNUG snug – adjective: of a person or place, a feeling of warmth, comfort, and protection

Where we offer counselling for young adults or adults in the Creative Industry Integrative Counselling simply means that we do not focus on one style or philosophy of therapy; we utilise many different styles depending on the specific issue. This enables a fluid ability to adapt to the needs of those being counselled. Whether it is helping with difficult or traumatic issues, or just helping to navigate this ever- changing world.

The key is that we start to prioritise our mental health just as much as we do our physical health.

Before becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I worked for over 15 years as a model agent, in addition to having family and friends working in film and TV. I wanted to create a space at The Snug that was affordable, where I can help as a therapist as well as being able to bring an innate understanding of your working environment, and the unique set of challenges it brings for those working in the creative industry, both in front of the camera and behind it.

Sometimes we all need a little help to make sense of what is going on in our lives and to find ways of coping when things start to feel difficult or overwhelming. This has never been more so than now, with the increasing demands put on those working in the industry.

My job is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore what is going on in your life at the moment, in addition to giving you the tools to deal with the feelings and emotions that you are experiencing. It might be that you just need a few sessions to explore a particular issue that has been troubling you or you may want something a little more long term. Regardless, I am here to help.
