Know Your LINECO
1. Use tools the way they were meant to be used! We’ve all done it and know we shouldn’t have! Don’t use a screwdriver as a chisel or to pry things open with! Kleins should not be used as a hammer! Guilty! We’ve all done that one too. Shotguns are not pry bars. Leather gloves are not secondary protective gloves. Not using secondary gloves could knock you off a customer’s roof while working a weatherhead, or mishandling and cracking a shotgun when prying with it—then not knowing it’s damaged, having it fail the next hot-use.
Did you know that through your LINECO, you have many resources at your fingertip!
2. The little stuff matters! Who really needs wheel chocks? Yes, you do!! Thinking that maybe just throwing a piece of wood behind the tires suffices as a wheel chock, it doesn’t! Use what is intended where it’s intended.

3. Take the Time!! If an outrigger is on the customer’s driveway, and you say, “this will only take a minute to do”. It would have taken less then two minutes to reposition the truck so the pads were on the street, saving the customer’s driveway. Take the time to move things were they should be.
