Concept:

Simple 20 x 20 m cuboids are used to explore the form, and design concepts like subtracting, adding, and stacking are explored. The first four storey are formed by four blocks. Due to the site's angular shape, which functions as a site force, the cube is positioned so that it creates a triangular courtyard in the center. The ground-floor cafe, restaurant, and reception are connected to the courtyard. Slicing the cuboid angular from top to bottom creates a covered drop of point, which is how the initial block is created. Every public area of the hotel, including the dining rooms, ballrooms, cafes, meeting rooms, and conference rooms, is physically or visually connected to the courtyard.

SITE:

Form Development :

The Entrance block Of Hotel is to be Chamfered in such a way that a covered drop off point is formed due to cantilevered formed above.

Concept Model:

The Second block with cafeteria is chamfered in such a way that angular cover is created above the open seating area
