Choose a gutter style
Your gutters and downpipes should complement your roofline choice, so we offer four distinct gutter profiles to suit your needs. Square, ogee, and round profiles are ideal for standard homes, while deepflow is perfect for larger roofs that require increased water flow capacity.

Choose your Ventilation
The best option for ventilating your roof space is over-fascia ventilation. This method creates a breathable gap between the top of the fascia and the beginning of the roof, ensuring efficient airflow while maintaining the roof’s structure.
Choose Your Soffit
PVC-U soffits close the gap between the fascia board and the exterior of your property. They come in three types: solid, vented, and hollow, providing a range of options to suit your needs.

Solid soffits are the most popular choice and come in a range of colours. If you opt for solid soffits, additional ventilation will be required, either above the fascia board or by installing circular vents within the soffit itself.
Choose Your Eaves Protection
We offer two options for safeguarding your eaves: a standard eaves protector or one with an integrated comb guard.
Standard Eaves Protector: This protects against water ingress between the roof felt and fascia board.
Eaves Protector with Comb Guard: In addition to preventing water ingress, and providing ventilation, this option includes a comb guard to block birds and insects from entering the roof space, especially through ridged roof tiles.
Ventilation is a crucial element of any roofline installation, whether for new builds or refurbishments. Proper ventilation is essential to protect the timber structure of your roof from damage. We can advise you on the best solution for ventilating your roof space. The most common method is through over-fascia ventilation, but other options like vented soffits or circular vents are also available.

Vented soffits provide built-in ventilation to the roof space (10-25mm) through holes running along their entire length. This option is especially useful when ventilation above the fascia board is not feasible.

The hollow soffit offers a cost-effective solution. Ventilation can be added either above the fascia board or through circular vents within the soffit. It is important to note that this type of soffit should not be used as cladding.
HOLLOW SOFFIT
Sustainability

Environmentally friendly roofline
Our Rainwater Systems are perfect for those looking to choose quality products with a reduced carbon footprint. They are unique in the UK, as they contain a high percentage of post-consumer recycled PVC.
Approximately 84% of the weight of our gutters and pipes is made from recycled materials, sourced from old PVC windows and gutter systems that have been removed from buildings during refurbishments or demolitions.
Producing PVC components from recycled material uses significantly less energy than manufacturing new PVC, resulting in a 70% reduction in CO2 emissions during the production of our gutter and pipe profiles compared to those made from 100% virgin material.
Choose a Fascia Colour
Cellular PVC is ideal for exposed areas such as clad facades and rooflines, where access and maintenance can be challenging and costly. Our cellular PVC requires no ongoing upkeep and is designed to last the lifetime of the building, with the added benefit of being fully recyclable at the end of its service life.
With a potential lifespan of over 60 years, our maintenance-free cellular PVC significantly reduces long-term costs for homeowners and landlords. This low lifetime cost can free up budgets for other CO2-reducing investments, such as loft insulation. Available in a range of colours and smooth or grained finishes, our cellular PVC profiles can be easily removed and recycled when they reach the end of their working life.

For 7016 grey rooflines, we offer two finishes: a smooth finish that pairs well with aluminium products like bi-fold doors, or a grained finish that mimics the look of painted timber, perfect for matching PVC-U windows.

Flat top — complete flat roof renovation

A reliable, top quality solution for all flat roof buildings and extensions
Hardwearing and long lasting
With the benefit of new materials— the best available—SEH is able to offer a complete roofing solution that transforms worn out flat roofs or gulleys.
The SEH solution is highly durable and waterproof, providing a long-lasting solution to address any leaks or deterioration in the existing flat roof.
And we can efficiently manage the entire flat roof renovation project, streamlining the installation and saving you the headache of managing several trades in a complex project.
Comprehensive renovation process
The process typically involves stripping off the old felt and boarding on the roof. The roof is then carefully checked and rafters reset where necessary. It is also insulated to improve thermal efficiency.
A new GRP (Fibreglass) roofing material is installed on top of the new 18mm T&G Boarding. This GRP material is highly waterproof and
durable. The GRP material comes with a matting that bonds to the roof, creating a seamless waterproof layer.
Edging materials are also installed to create the proper water flow and drainage off the flat roof. For balconies or other exposed flat roof areas, a non-slip surface can be added by incorporating grit or sand into the GRP material.
Multi-surface, flexible GRP roofing system

We use a flexible, single resin GRP system combining the best elements of fibreglass with the versatility of overlay systems. It provides a seamless, tough and flexible membrane for any roof or balcony area.

Flexitec roofing system is the heart of the solution
Flexitec is a GRP flat roofing solution that provides a durable, waterproof, and thermally efficient option that can be installed relatively easily on a range of substrates. It offers excellent reliability and longevity, is highly durable and waterproof with a 10 year guarantee.
Supplied with a pre-bonded matting, the Flexitec system has a totally seamless membrane with no joints, welds, nor weak points. It simplifies the installation process and ensures a waterproof result even in challenging locations.
It is a versatile system that can be shaped and moulded to accommodate different roof designs including with steps or up stands and drainage requirements. And a non-slip surface can be added to make balconies or other access points safer.
Anti-slip coating available in a range of finishes
RESGRIP anti-slip coating (a hybrid MMA liquid containing anti-slip aggregate) is perfect for applying to new or existing substrates wherever a sure walkway is needed.
Choose a colour to match your scheme and apply RESGRIP finish on completion of the Flexitec waterproofing system.
