Essentials of Dialogue Program Highlights

The Dialogue Academy aims to teach dialogue as a crucial soft skill to empower young people and foster a cohesive society. Its key program, Essentials of Dialogue, is an online course with on-ground learning circles providing practical tools and resources on dialogue and leadership. This program introduces students to the best online and offline resources to build essential skills for dialogue and promote harmony in diverse communities.

The program, with a total course duration of 10 hours and a batch size of 20 students, is divided into chapters that focus on the following topics in chronological order:

Facilitation Training in Lahore and Karachi

We conducted a unique and intense in-person facilitation training that focusedonapplieddialoguetoolsinKarachiandLahore.

The training was facilitated by Monica Baky, a lawyer and facilitator who focuses on conflict transformation With nine years of experience under her belt, she is currently serving as the Multinational Dialogue Programs Director at Seeds of Peace Monica is a firm believer in the value of dialogueasatooltodevelopleadersandcreateinclusivecommunities.

The course aimed to deepen the understanding of the attendees, who were all adults with a facilitation background The practical implementation during the facilitation practice allowed participants to actively engage with these topics and gain valuable insights It successfullycoveredkeyaspectsrelatedtothesubjectsof:
