How Does Seed Effect Impact & Equip the Local Church?
Seed Effect's partnership with local churches continues to have a tremendous impact, transforming both individuals and communities Through savings groups and biblical training, 99% of members report improved relationships with God, self, others, and creation 44% of members who were not Christians prior to joining Seed Effect now report they have chosen to follow Jesus!
Because of these strategic partnerships, churches like Bible Hope International have experienced significant growth after implementing Seed Effect's methodology, with over 30 new members giving their lives to Christ! They’ve also seen their community engage in collective farming and poultry businesses that are changing families’ lives, and are celebrating members like Suzan, who was empowered to start a tailoring business

Why Christians Should Bring Economic Empowerment to Hard Places
Christian nonprofits with a mission for economic empowerment often face the temptation to operate where the infrastructure is strong and the challenges are predictable However, it is in the hardest places where their presence can have the most profound impact. Seed Effect has found this to be true.
This work is not only about worldly economic development but also about demonstrating the Kingdom of God on earth It goes beyond immediate relief it plants seeds of hope for the future and invites people to experience the fullness of life that Christ offers (John 10:10) Through Christ, restoration is possible even in the most broken places

Meet Santa
Santa's life was transformed after joining a Seed Effect savings group in 2022. Initially unfamiliar with financial management, she learned to save and take out loans to provide for her family With her first loan, Santa purchased a house, providing a safe home for her children She then invested in a small business selling various goods, which became a steady income source, empowering her to care for her family and fund her children's education Beyond financial growth, Santa also experienced spiritual transformation through the group's fellowship, becoming a spiritual leader Looking back at her life in South Sudan, Santa sees how much has changed She used to struggle every day, but now she feels hopeful and happy.
“When I compare my life now that I am in this group with my life back in South Sudan, back then my life was not easy Life was hard! Getting money was hard! But right now, I am very fine There is nothing wrong Slowly, slowly with time, I got a house They money that I get pays for school fees Right now I am planning for the future so that my business, doesn’t stop This is only happiness that I am experiencing because I never thought that I would ever be happy but I am really happy I am truly happy!
