PAUL BAXLEY As part of World Communion Day on Sunday, October 6, we welcome as our guest preacher Dr. Paul Baxley, the new Executive Coordinator of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. In addition to preaching at 11 a.m., Dr. Baxley will share about the ministry and mission of CBF during a special Sunday School session in the Fellowship Hall. EVERYBODY WINS Weekdays during your lunch hour | Garden Hills Elementary School Garden Hills Elementary School has launched a reading buddy and mentoring program called "Everybody Wins," and they need our help. For thirty minutes once a week, volunteers will read one-on-one with the same student to help bolster their literacy level and develop a caring relationship with a trusted adult.
