INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT SIMONE PROJECT
DONE: 2023
The Simone Project is a total refurbishment initiative of a flat located in Vitoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil. It focuses on revitalising the living room, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen, with special emphasis on space optimisation and furniture functionality.
This project arose from the client's desire to modernise her home without the need for large investments in cladding. The main aim is to maximise the available space by using intelligent cupboards and furniture that allow a better distribution and use of the available area.
The creative process begins by taking into account the colouring and materials already present in the flat, with the
aim of harmoniously integrating the new elements with the existing environment. A plywood structure was chosen for the furniture, which guarantees strength and durability A homogeneous aesthetic is maintained with the grey tones complementing the look of the burnt cement present on the walls of the place
The Simone Project represents not only an aesthetic makeover, but also a functional transformation of the flat This project reflects a commitment to excellence in interior design and meticulous attention to detail, culminating in a space that is not only visually appealing, but also highly functional and welcoming to its residents

Multifunctional kitchen
The kitchen was designed to offer a variety of spaces for optimal multifunctionality. In the lower units, vertical door drawers with horizontal axis hinged opening were provided, together with internal divisions for pots and pans and large kitchen utensils. On the side, side-rail drawers and concealed aluminium handles were included for smaller utensils and condiments
In addition, a longitudinal compartment was incorporated at the bottom of the unit, before the base, for the storage of kitchen bags and cleaning items.
In the upper part, a unit was designed with tilt-opening drawers and decelerated suspension, strategically distributed to fit perfectly into the axes that make up the oven, the kitchen counter and the refrigerator, achieving a visual balance in the composition
Contrast and Functional Spaces
In an area of material contrast in the upper part of the kitchen, Carvalho branco americano wood was used. This space has sliding doors in reflective glass, allowing the distribution of glass utensils and the proper placement of a microwave without the need for additional support.

Strategic Bedroom Closets
The flat's wardrobes were strategically designed to maximise space and organisation In one of the bedrooms, 60% of the space was allocated to different pieces of furniture, including the bed and a desk
The bed base, made of Carvalho-coloured plywood, has sliding front doors that allow the space underneath to be used as a storage chest The impressively designed front wardrobe not only offers space for the ironing board, but also includes an overhead composition that delimits the bed space and the work area, distributing drawers with vertical swing opening and click safety system, as well as glass bottom shelves to generate depth
Functional Design in the Other Rooms
The other two wardrobes in the flat have a simpler internal layout, with upper and lower spaces for organising folded clothes, blankets and shoes, and a central area for hanging clothes. In addition, an LED strip-lit object counter was incorporated, framed in wood to maintain aesthetic cohesion

INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT P’S KITCHEN
DONE: 2023
TThe "P’S Kitchen" project represents a meticulously designed and equipped kitchen with a contemporary and elegant aesthetic. The client expressed a particular interest in the black and gold colour scheme, which is reflected in every detail of the furniture
The base unit, made of plywood covered with a matt black veneer, is distinguished by its organic gold handles and gold detailing on the expansions. It incorporates wood-wrapped glass compartments designed specifically for displaying exotic condiments, carefully selected by the client, and features vertical hinged doors and two internal divisions for storing large pots and utensils, while between the condiment display compartments there are spaces with small sliding doors for smaller utensils.
At the top, a cabinet is installed with tilt-open drawers and decelerated suspension, strategically distributed to adapt

perfectly to the space and including two complete cabinets, designed to house pantries, food and essential appliances
Lighting plays a key role in this design, with a 6000k light under the top unit to improve visibility during tasks, complemented by an overall 5000k light that provides adequate general illumination without interfering with specific kitchen activities
In summary, the "P’S Kitchen" project is distinguished by its innovative approach to kitchen design From the choice of materials to the layout of the elements, every aspect has been meticulously planned to provide an efficient and aesthetically appealing dining experience, meeting the highest standards of functionality and contemporary design.
