1 CASA ROCA DE BOSQUE

La casa roca de bosque es un proyecto ubicado en un espeso bosque del retiro que alrededor no queda muchos vecinos lo que permite que la casa sea como una roca que fue horarada para residir en ella.

La casa de Carolina Yepes y Diego Florian tiene diferentes requerimientos siendo el mas importante una entrada teatral que incluya parqueadero para 3 carros y 1 taller de motos y auqe a el usuario le apaciona, quieren tambien una piscina y un jacuzzi que este integrado a una terraza exterior con bbq, tambien quiera una arquitectura que hable por si sola, que no sea necesario mobiliario para que la arquitectura brille por su minimalismo y brutalismo, les gusta el concreto, el metal negro y la madera que aporte textura al espacio, tambien quieren 2 chimeneas una exterior y otra interior que resalten y sean escultoricas en el espacio y finalmente quieren en un segundo piso un gimansio que este integrado a una terraza y oficina.

Los cerros es un proyecto que hace parte de unos proyectos llevados acabo por osorio construcciones en la ciudad de Bogotá llamados Urban salitre para una renovacion urbana en la zona de ciudad salitre en la zona oriental de la ciudad.

Urban es un proyecto ubicado en Bogotá el cual esta inmenso en el plan parcial de ciudad salitre, el cual es una renovación urbana donde quedaban varias empresas grandes de Bogotá que migraron ya para las afueras del ciudad y hoy estos lotes están siendo edificados para tener una mayor mixtura de usos y principalmente vivienda ya que se Encuentra en una zona muy central con grandes cercanías al transporte público, colegios, parques y centros comerciales los cuales hacen que sea un sector muy único y deseado en la ciudad.

El diseño arquitectónico del edificio está desarrollado

Para ello se contrata a vicaría ya que muchos de los proyectos que se estaban llevando a cabo en la zona eran muy similares y monótonos, pero con el sello vica-ria se propone dos bloques que están inspirados en los cerros de la ciudad y for-man dos diagonales en sus cubiertas que hacen que el proyecto sea único en el sector y en la ciudad.
