Rick is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with more than 34 years of experience designing projects throughout the Southwest. A proud graduate of the University of Arizona, his career has given him a broad vocabulary of design styles ranging from traditional to contemporary to regional.
Daren is a Louisiana-Registered Professional, and NCARB certified. from Tulane University in New O architecture for 20 years. His caree Louisiana and post–Hurricane Ka healthcare, educational, civic, com correctional facilities.
Rick brings extensive expertise in managing projects of all sizes, with particular strength in technical execution and construction administration. He has successfully led a wide range of project types, including fire stations, educational facilities, civic buildings, and community spaces. His approach emphasizes collaboration, constructability, and delivering projects on time and within budget. As Director of Operations at Seaver Franks Architects, Rick oversees overall project vision and design direction while serving as a primary client liaison. His leadership, combined with his strong technical background, ensures each project meets client goals, functional requirements, and aesthetic expectations.

Jeremy is a lifelong New Orleanian whose passion for architecture is deeply rooted in the culture, history, and community of the Gulf Coast. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University, where he built a strong foundation in design, construction, and the practical application of architectural theory. With more than nine years of experience, Jeremy has led a wide range of projects from conception through completion, including healthcare facilities, public schools, athletic complexes, and historic preservation efforts. He has played a key role in the design and delivery of numerous healthcare and educational projects across Louisiana and Mississippi, navigating the specialized requirements of medical environments while prioritizing functionality and patient-centered design. His experience also includes athletic facilities that foster school pride and community connection, as well as the preservation of historic structures in New Orleans’ French Quarter. Across all project types, Jeremy’s work is guided by respect for history, a passion for meaningful design, and a dedication to enhancing the built environment for future generations.
