Writing in your Diary
Journaling can aid with stress, burnout, illness, and anxiety by reducing anxiety and breaking the cycle of brooding over emotional events. Timing matters when journaling about events to effectively shift away from obsessive thoughts.
Color Me Happy:
Coloring is a healthy way to relieve stress. It calms the brain and helps your body relax. This can improve sleep and fatigue while decreasing body aches, heart rate, respiration, and feelings of depression and anxiety.
